Remember that one post I had that mentioned the delicious speculoos? The cookie butter? WELL, when I got back to my room today after running some errands, my lovely roommate Claire had a surprise waiting: Speculoos Jenever. That's right folks, cookie butter flavored alcohol.

Now before you start getting some crazy idea that now that I'm in Belgium I've become a raging alcoholic.. Don't. Our game plan is to have a cozy, wonderful movie night with some cookie-butter-spiked hot chocolate. Raging? Not hardly.
